Electricidad Guerra
Electricidad Guerra S.A. is dedicated to the distribution of electrical and household appliance materials. It was founded in 1948 by Ricardo Guerra Ruiz, who began his activity as an individual entrepreneur in Logroño (La Rioja) until 1981. From that year on, it continued its journey as a joint stock company.
In 1982, Electricidad Guerra Soria S.A. was founded, also dedicated to the distribution of electrical materials and appliances, and whose activity was carried out in a small warehouse in the town of Soria.
In 1987, Electricidad Guerra S.A. opened a new sales point in Calahorra (La Rioja) and in 2007, both companies joined Grupo Elektra.
In March 2010, Electricidad Guerra Soria S.A opens a new sales point in Cabanillas del Campo (Guadalajara) maintaining Grupo Elektra's expansion policy.
In 2014, a merger project is developed between both companies and the integration of Electricidad Guerra Soria S.A into the corporate structure of Electricidad Guerra S.A is approved. It is from 2015 onwards that the commercial activity takes place under the unique company name and corporate identity of Electricidad Guerra S.A.
